1.LOAD UP THE SNACKS

Pack a lot of healthy snacks for the kids (and yourself) such as veggie sticks, nuts and fruit.

2. PACK LIGHT

Try not to pack too much, especially for carry-on luggage – your shoulders and back will thank you!

3. SAFEGUARD YOUR FAM

Use colloidal silver spray while travelling. We spray it around our faces so we don’t get sick. It’s antibacterial and anti-viral.

4. DE-STRESS WITH VITAMINS

Take some extra health-boosting supplements such as B vitamin complex during times of stress.

5. GET MOVING

Stretch when you can, even on a plane. If possible, take a walk up and down the aisle with your bub in tow.

6. BE PREPARED

Pack some spare clothes for yourself – at least a T-shirt in case of food spills. Be prepared for the unexpected!

7. JUST BREATHE

Try to stay calm when travelling. Panic and stress do not help the situation or yourself!
