Scrolling the ‘gram is srsly one of the ways I used to keep myself awake in those early newborn days… you know, when it’s 2am and you feel like you’re the only person in the whole world awake, yet you jump on socials and there’s a whole other network of mamas up doing the same damn thing as you.
It’s comforting being able to chat with your online mama tribe, not only during the wee hours of the morn, but during any season of motherhood – when you feel like whatever you’re going through is so f*cking foreign, yet there are so many other mums who have experienced it too.

We only get one body, one vessel to carry us through life! As women, it helps us create life, grow it and nurture it 🙌🏻 It’s our house, our home! And it was once their home, and that’s pretty special 💃🏼 To me that seems like a pretty good reason to honour it, to respect it, to celebrate it and love it. To not see “flaws” when we look in the mirror but the marks of history, as they tell a story! Your story 🥰 . . .
