My fav iso pastime is online shopping for my daughter, and it’s reached the point I’ve made friends with the postie and he throws me a shaka when I’m out for my morning walk. I think I have a problem… #facepalm.
But maybe not, because my addiction is supporting a string of independent Australian businesses, many of which are run by mamas, just like Sofia Parker from My Little Wardrobe, who launched her #BOSSMAMA biz in April 2016 when she was on maternity leave with her first bebe. “I really struggled to find a one stop shop with affordable trendy clothing for Cohen, so after some researching and some late nights with NO experience whatsoever I decided to launch My Little Wardrobe.”
Four years later and My Little Wardrobe has grown to become a must-have online shopping destination for mamas looking for adorbs outfits for their littles, stocking fav Australian brands including BONDS and their very own label MLW By Design. The range has also grown to now include big kids, running up to size 10, as well as gorge threads for the mamas.
Never one to rest (do we mums ever truly rest anyway?!) the mother-of-two is now planning to open her first bricks and mortar store on the Gold Coast in the next few years – as if her now four-year-old and three-month-old aren’t keeping her busy enough! You go girl!
