As a busy working mama of two small children, Hudson and Archer, I need something that is fast, easy and simple to slot into the morning chaos… and this smoothie is the perfect solution!
// Ingredients
Your choice of milk, full cream, coconut, almond – up to you!
2 scoops of protein powder
1 tablespoon of powdered greens
1 handful of berries
1 banana
Some almonds
1 teaspoon of ground turmeric and ground cinnamon
1 handful of chia seeds
1 serve of HIVITA Liquivita

Combine all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until completely combined – pour into your favourite tall glass and enjoy!
