The trailer for the newest season of The Kardashians has finally dropped. And it sounds like Kylie Jenner has a few regrets about her life choices.
Chatting with her sisters Kim, Khloé, Kourtney, and Kendall; Kylie opens up about her desire to have a “bigger conversation” about harmful and unrealistic beauty standards.
“I wish I never touched anything to begin with.”
The self-made billionaire is the founder of Kylie Cosmetics. She is now also a loving mama to her beautiful 5-year-old daughter Stormi and adorbs 1-year-old son Aire. And it seems motherhood has changed her. With Kylie more concerned than ever about the impact these unrealistic standards can have on her little ones.
“All of us just need to have a bigger conversation about the beauty standards that we’re setting,” she says. “I don’t want my daughter to do the things I did.”
Later in the trailer, Kylie gets candid with her longtime bestie Stassie Karanikolaou about some of the choices she made in her younger years. “I wish I never touched anything to begin with,” she says honestly.
It’s a powerful reminder that even those who seem to have it all can reflect on their past and make a conscious effort to change the narrative for future generations.
We can’t wait to see how this conversation unfolds in the upcoming season. And we applaud Kylie for using her platform to address these important issues. We just hope she actually follows through with it.
