How-To: Wall Pilates Moves
Wall Push-ups

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your back against the wall. Place your hands shoulder-width apart on the wall, slightly higher than your chest. Slowly bend your elbows and lower your body towards the wall until your chest touches the wall. Then, push yourself back up to the starting position.

Wall Sit

Sit with your back against the wall and your feet flat on the floor. Slide your body down the wall until your thighs are parallel to the floor. Hold this position for as long as you can.

Wall Plank

Lie face down with your forearms on the wall, shoulder-width apart. Extend your legs behind you and raise your body off the floor so that your weight is evenly distributed on your forearms and toes. Hold this position for as long as you can.

Wall Leg Lifts

Lie on your back with your legs extended and your heels pressed against the wall. Raise your legs up towards the ceiling until they are perpendicular to the floor. Hold this position for a few seconds, then slowly lower your legs back down.
