Congratulations on becoming a mum! It’s one of the most amazing experiences in life, but it can also be pretty overwhelming at times. Here are a few pieces of advice from other millennial mums to help you through the first few months.

1. Don’t try to be the perfect mum
There is no such thing as a perfect mum, so don’t put pressure on yourself to be one. Just do your best and be kind to yourself.
2. Ask for help
Don’t be afraid to ask for help from your partner, family, and friends. They’ll be more than happy to lend a hand, and it will give you a chance to catch up on some sleep or just have some time to yourself.
3. Take care of yourself
It’s important to make time for yourself, even when you’re sleep deprived and stressed. Eat healthy meals, get some exercise, and do something you enjoy every day.
4. Don’t compare yourself to other mums
5. Enjoy the journey
It’s easy to get caught up in the day-to-day grind, but it’s important to remember to enjoy the journey. Take some time each day to just sit and cuddle your baby, or go for a walk in the park. These are the moments you’ll cherish forever.
Being a mum is the best job in the world, but it’s also one of the hardest. So don’t be afraid to ask for help, take care of yourself, and enjoy the journey.
“REMEMBER THAT YOU’RE NOT ALONE. THERE ARE MILLIONS OF OTHER MUMS OUT THERE WHO ARE GOING THROUGH THE SAME THING.”
Here are a few additional tips that might be helpful for first-time mums:
Get organised. Before your baby arrives, take some time to get organised. This includes setting up a nursery, creating a feeding schedule, and stocking up on supplies.
Don’t be afraid to experiment. There are a lot of different ways to do things when it comes to parenting. So don’t be afraid to experiment and find what works best for you and your baby.
Don’t sweat the small stuff. There will be a lot of things that go wrong in the first few months of parenthood. But it’s important to remember to not sweat the small stuff. Just focus on the big picture and know that things will eventually get easier.
Finally, remember that you’re not alone. There are millions of other mums out there who are going through the same thing. So reach out for support when you need it, and know that you’re not in this alone.
